4940 Guwahati: off the air. 
4960 Ranchi:- off the air. 
4970 Shillong:- Only hum noise heard.
4990 Itanagar:- off the air. 
5010 Trivandram:- Fainted

Also on mediumwave heard President's message on 567 kHz (Dibrugarh), 621 kHz (Patna), 675 kHz (Itanagar), 711 kHz (Siliguri) and 828 kHz (Silchar).
